E-Sign Consent & Electronic Communications Notice

1. Introduction

This E-Sign Consent and Electronic Communications Notice ("Notice") applies to all communications related to your CBank Card account and services provided by Rokutel International SA ("CBank", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering for, accessing, or using a CBank Account, applying for or using a CBank Card, or accessing the CBank Dashboard, you are signing this Notice electronically and you consent to us providing notices to you and conducting business with you electronically.

2. Consent to Electronic Delivery

You agree that we may provide all disclosures, notices, and other communications ("Communications") to you electronically, including but not limited to:

Electronic delivery of these Communications has the same legal effect as if we provided them to you in paper form.

  • Account agreements and amendments
  • Privacy policies and notices
  • Cardholder agreements and terms
  • Transaction histories and statements
  • Regulatory disclosures required by law
  • Any other documents or notices related to your account

3. Duration of Consent

Your consent to receive electronic Communications will remain in effect until you withdraw it or until your CBank Account is closed, whichever occurs first. However, we retain the right to communicate electronically regarding any matters that arose prior to the termination of your account or withdrawal of consent, as outlined in your cardholder agreement.

4. Delivery Methods

We will provide Communications to you electronically by making them available in a downloadable PDF format through the CBank mobile application or website, or by sending them to the email address associated with your account.

You may print or save any electronic Communications for your records. You can use your browser's print function or save the PDF documents directly to your device.

You have the right to receive paper copies of any Communication at no charge. To request a paper copy, contact us at:

To access and retain electronic Communications, you will need:

  • A working internet connection
  • A modern web browser (current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)
  • A device with at least 16 MB of available memory (32 MB recommended)
  • Software capable of viewing PDF files (such as Adobe Reader 4.0 or later)
  • A valid email address to receive notifications
  • Sufficient storage space to save Communications or a printer to print them

7. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time and at no charge by contacting us. However, withdrawing your consent may result in the termination of your CBank Account and services, as electronic delivery is required for the operation of our platform.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity or enforceability of any electronic Communications previously provided to you.

8. Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your email address and other contact information current. You can update your information through the CBank mobile application or by contacting our support team. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in you not receiving important Communications about your account.

9. Acknowledgment

By using CBank services, you acknowledge and confirm that:

  • You have the ability to access and view electronic Communications
  • You have the hardware and software necessary to receive and retain Communications electronically
  • You consent to receive all Communications electronically
  • You understand that your consent applies to all future Communications until withdrawn

10. Card Issuer Notice

Your CBank Card is issued by Third National pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Certain Communications related to your card may be provided directly by the card issuer. By agreeing to this Notice, you also consent to receive electronic Communications from the card issuer regarding your CBank Card.
