How do I create an account?
Creating a CBank Card account is quick and easy: • Download the CBank Card app • Enter the requested information and follow the prompts • Complete KYC verification to access all features Once verified, you can start using your CBank Card!
How do I verify my identity?
To use your CBank Card, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification: Once you have logged in to your account you will be asked to provide a few items: • Full legal name • Email • Date of Birth • SSN/National ID Number • Valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID) • Selfie to check to confirm your identity Once submitted, your verification will be reviewed. If approved, you can start using your CBank Card right away.
How long does the KYC verification process take?
KYC verification typically takes a few seconds. In some cases, it may take up to 72 hours if additional verification is needed. If your verification is delayed for more than 72 hours, please contact support.
What should I do if my KYC verification fails?
• Check for errors – Ensure your submitted documents are clear and valid. • Retake your selfie – Make sure there is good lighting and no obstructions. • Contact support – If you believe it's a mistake, reach out to support for help.
What countries are supported?
CBank Card is currently available in many U.S. states, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
